Check-ups!

| | Comments (0) | TrackBacks (0)

We went to the doctor Wendesday for the kids check-ups. Rachel's 3 year and Jax's 4 month. Both are thriving well. Rachel weighed in at 34 lbs and is 3 ft 3 in. tall. Jax was a whopping 19 lbs and 25 1/2 in. long. The doctor asked if he eats constantly, but he doesn't!

Things are going well here. Shawn and Rachel got out last night and raked up the leaves. She had a blast playing in them. When we woke up this morning the yard was already full again. Tonight we a carving our pumpkins that we picked up last week at the pumpkin patch near our house. Yes mother, I got you some Apple Butter.

Looking forward to coming home for Thanksgiving. Less than a month now. I know Kelly is excited about getting married. I hear that all the plans are going well. Love you all. Gotta get back to my chores while the baby is asleep.

XBox 360

I am the proud winner of an XBox 360 from the Mountain Dew sweepstakes at www.every10minutes.com! It will be shipped to us the Saturday before it's released to the public with Madden '06 and a box full of t-shirts, hats, and Mt. Dew!!!

This is the first time that I've ever won a sweepstakes, check it out at the 10/6 4:10pm slot! I only won it with two entries! Since they didn't put the initials with the winner, only the city, I didn't know for sure until they contacted me about a week after. Talk about the suspense!

I've Been 32 All Year Long

It's funny that I can't keep up with my age. I'm only 32...again. Had thought I was 32 all year long until my birthday crept up on me.

We had a relaxing time, got a yummy southern fried birthday dinner and opened up some nice presents. We went today to Famous Dave's for lunch and had some beef jerky, I mean ribs. Birthday money from back home went to purchase much needed cologne. Thanks a lot for the gifts!
