Most of you already know this, but for those of you who do not, Shawn has taken a job with a game development company. We were not expecting this, but we are excited to be moving closer to home. It has been a lifelong dream of Shawn's to be a video game developer and he couldn't pass up this opportunity. He will start on January 2.

Needless to say, it's a little on the crazy side here. We're going to Arkansas on Nov. 15 for the Thanksgiving holidays. While we are there, we are going to take a quick trip to go house hunting. We are hoping to be moved into a house before Christmas, but who knows if that'll happen or not. Our house here is for sale but we haven't had any luck so far. Maybe if it would quit raining long enough so people can get out to look, we'd get a nibble or two. It has been raining constantly for the past 5 days.

Oh well, that's all the news I have for now. Hope to keep you posted, but don't be surprise if it's after the fact!

The pictures are up! Didn't have to wait as long as I thought you would. Rachel's 4 years old now and just as precious as ever! She was so excited to have her first sleepover with three of her friends. We went to Red Robin for lunch and then th Macy's and had the "Princesses " make-up done. They were sooo cute. We walked around the mall so they could show everyone how "beautiful" they were. I think the ladies at the Clinique counter had more fun than the girls. When we got back to the house, we had pizza, cake and ice cream. Even though they were worn out, it still was 1:00 am before they were all asleep. Then it was up at 7:00 am for birthday pancakes. Later that day all of our friends came over for a cookout. She is definately spoiled as you can tell by the pictures!

Saturday, October 21st, we went to the Pumpkin Patch that we have gone to the past four years. It was also Rachel's friend Bella's 5th birthday. So we had a fun day there with our friends. On Halloween, Jaxson had his little surgery and he wore his "Jack Jack" costume to the hospital. He was such a doll! He didn't like the mask very much except when he was looking at himself in the mirror. His surgery went pretty fast and we were outta there by 2:30. Went went over to "Uncle Kurt and Aunt Machelle's" house to get Rachel and go trick-or-treating. She was a beautiful Cinderella except that her hair kept falling off. I think this was the first Halloween that it hasn't rain here in forever! Beth, Kurt and Machelle's daughter, took the kids trick-or-treating. She was Dorothy from thee Wizard of Oz and her pug, Max, was a bumblebee. It was fun be we were worn out by the time we made it home.

Anyway, that should just about catch you up! Be aure to let me know if you'd like copies of any of the pictures. Just email me the jpeg. numbers to karen_e_casey@hotmail.com.
